23 yr old male two weeks+ with visual disturbances

Resolved Question:

23 yr old male two weeks+ with visual disturbances. after images, snow etc.. No nausea. Moderate headaches described as "pressure headaches". No balance problems. Concentrating on text or video screens makes it worse.

Uncorrected refractive error can cause eye strain. Glasses can help with that. Migraines can also cause vision distrubances that you mentioned. Though brain tumor is a possibility, these are relatively rare and often accompanied by other symptoms such as weakness or loss of balance.

Though I understand the difficulties with no insurance, the first step is to get an eye exam. Optometrist often charge very reasonable cash prices and are well qualified to exam your eyes.
