My husbands eyes are very swollen and red with pus. He got a small amount of
diesel fuel from his glove in his eyes. We used an occupational eye wash. Than
a small amount of epson salt water (ow!) and just plain warm water. please help.

It is important to continue to rinse his eyes to remove all the diesal from the surface of his eyes for about 20-25 minutes. Due to the severity of his reaction, it is recommend you go to an urgent care or eye doctor to evaluate the extent of the injury to the eye.
