What is your specific questions?
Do you have any pain?
Do you wear contacts?
Is this one eye or both eyes?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
I have a clear liquid filled bubble, like a blister, but soft, the size of the tip of a sharpie marker, below the colored part of my left eye. no pain, just an irritaint because I can fell it on my lower eye lid. I've had it for 2 days. I do not wear contacts

The bubble you are describing appears to be a pingucula. This is scar tissue on conjunctiva in response to UV damage and dryness. It can enlarge when irritated. I'd recommend you use artificial tears 4-6 times a day to relieve any irritation.
