Your child has got squint in his eyes which is also called strabismus. He needs an orthoptic work-up. He may or may not require squint surgery. You should take him to a pediatric ophthalmologist. If you delay this then there is possibility that one eye may not develop good vision, a condition called strabismic amblyopia. The management will depend upon the examination findings.
