Which corner is it in (the nose or the outside)? Is it red? Does it hurt? Is there a discharge?

Hello,

There are many glands in the eyelids. Sometimes, with allergies or other causes of inflammation, the glands can swell. You can apply some hot compresses to see if this will help. If not, it may need to be opened up and drained.

Another possibility is that there is a strong ligament on that end of your eyelids.
