Thank you for your question. When did this start? Any decrease in vision? Any itchiness? What have you tried?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
This started last week. No decrease in vision or itchiness. I have used moisturising cream. Sometimes burns a little. Not sunburned as I haven't been outside without protected sunglasses.

Thank you for the additional information.

Your symptoms are suggestive of dry eyes, which can make your eyelids puffy and cause stinging. Make sure the moisturing cream does not get into the eyes as that can cause irritation as well.

I would recommend artificial tears 4-6 times a day and a lubricating ointment in your eyes before you go the sleep. Use cool compresses to help with the swelling.
