HelloCustomer

There is no danger in a pressurized cabin with open angle glaucoma, especially if the cornea is healthy and intact. In the old days of RK surgery, decreased atmospheric pressure did cause the cornea to expand and change the focusing. However, even then glaucoma was not a problem.

Just curious, what type of provider are you?

Hope this helps and thank you.
