i have left my disposable contact lenses in my eyes too long

Resolved Question:

i have left my disposable contact lenses in my eyes too long and now I can't get them out! I am in hong hong so all the opticians are closed and I am getting quite stressed. They are open in about 5 hours time. SHould I go to sleep ad visit optitions in the morning, or keep trying?

Can you give me any tips on getting them out? They won't slide from my pupils which is what I usually do and then pinch them out.
