22, I believe its been an issue most of my life, but was unrecognized by eye doctors cuz of the simple fact i did good on eye examinations. I believe based on the fact that when i close my right eye the other aligns that the blurring effect of atropine will force the left eye to work harder and develop to be stronger
when you look straight ahead with both eyes open, do the eyes look misaligned??
atropine works for certain types of accomodative strabismus issues (alignement issues). At 22, it simply wont help. If your eyes are misaligned and this bother you, the only real treatment is to get eye muscle surgery which is fairly straightword. Many insurances will cover this surgery as it is not cosmetic.
