what can be done to help when you accidently got a poke inthe eye with a branch? This happened to me yesterday & i HAVE BEEN PUTTING mURINE IN IT & A BANDAGE OVER IT TO KEEP IT CLOSED. i t seems to help some but it still hurts when I open it.

Hello pepe

you probably scracthed the cornea. What you are doing is probably ok in most cases, however it takes 1-2 days for most corneal abrasions to heal. If you still have pain tomorrow, you need to be seen. If the vision is particularly bad or you have more redness today then yesterday, you should be seen today in an ER, as you may have a corneal infection from the branch, Regards
