I am an spanish attorney
If there is a legal will it has to be respected
The heirs have to respect the will
In the other hand, in no way the napoleonic code could be applied
that is not my question.
I mean that it is not possible to use the napolonic code
No way to use it
Because first has to be the will, and if the will is nule the national law of the pass away person
The napoleonic code it not a legal law now
The first step its the respect of the will, and only if it becomes nule the national law of the country where the pass away person were
I will be here if you have another doubt to be answered
If you do not have it please to rate positivily my service
Have a good day
