Abogado3044 :

I am an spanish attorney

Abogado3044 :

If there is a legal will it has to be respected

Abogado3044 :

The heirs have to respect the will

Abogado3044 :

In the other hand, in no way the napoleonic code could be applied

JACUSTOMER-sdmd0oap- :

that is not my question.

Abogado3044 :

I mean that it is not possible to use the napolonic code

Abogado3044 :

No way to use it

The napoleonic code it not a legal law now
