I am a Canadian citizen/resident and was a hotel guest in Zurich

Customer Question

I am a Canadian citizen/resident and was a hotel guest in Zurich Switzerland. I was injured at the property during my stay due to hotel negligence.

If I am to sue for medical expenses, and ineligibility to work as a pilot anymore (career ended), who do I sue? The hotel property itself in Zurich or the American hotel chain (headquartered in the USA)

Also, should I chose a lawyer from Switzerland, USA or Canada? Thanks
