Dear Sir or Madam, Could you please advise as to whether an employer is in breach of any law when he hands a letter to the employee informing that her employment agreement which is about to expire in some 4 months will not be renewed, and on the next day calls staff meeting in which he explains that the employment contract od the said employee will not be extended due to some problems in the past. Please not that the letter by which the employee was informed of non extension of the contract contains remark Private & Confidentila (written by the employer).
Please also advise which remedy the affected employee could seek if justified.
