In 2010 I exchanged my car in spain to date the garage as not changed the car I traded in from my name. What can I do
I am still paying the SUMA.
Can I claim Back the SUMA I have paid and any legal costs I incur
You sell it out and they have no changed the name in DGT?
If it is what has happened you could write the DGT in your province and explain the facts
You must tell them the data of the buyer and wait for his answer
If you got a contract or something add a copy to your writting
If you want to demand the taxes paid you must contract an attorney and demand them in court
