My aunt changed my grandfather's will 2 weeks before passing

Customer Question

My aunt changed my grandfather's will 2 weeks before passing in 2002. I recently found out there is an account he has and want to know if it is possible to contest it and what will I need
JA: Since estate law varies from place to place, can you tell me what state this is in?
Customer: He was a resident of American Samoa but passed in her home in Washington State
JA: Has anything been filed or reported?
Customer: My Aunt took EVERYTHING! I was young when it all happened but over the years have learned there was a will he had prior that left all his money to his 5 grandkids
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: No
