Customer Question

There is a son and a sister of an estate, the mother picks the son as the executor. The sister hires an attorney to dispute his representation. Her attorney has a partner take over the case and ask the judge to have her prior attorney become the executor. Her attorneys are from the same firm.

Can you provide me a bit more information? On what basis is the sister trying to disqualify the son? Did the mother's will name a successor executor? Is the will itself being contested? Thanks.
