Customer Question

My grandfather said to me 40 years ago that he was going to leave his house in Colorado to me when he died. After he died my father gained possession of the house and said he did not find any will stating this information. Since then we have become estranged. If he changes his will and leaves everything to a non-relative, do I have any claim to the house?

Good morning. When you refer to him, do you mean your father?
