Can the executor of a will be sued for not probating a will after a reasonable time frame and all other matters have been settled. The executor is one of three beneficiaries (sisters) and the father died in April of 2016. Executor is not commuticating with two sisters.
Will states estate is to be divided equally. Estate consists of cash only.

The executor can be taken to court to be compelled to do so or replaced so someone else can be appointed in his/her place to do so.
