Customer Question

I have a very difficult different situation and not sure you can help through typing out a message. Thought I would read the other questions first to see if any applied to my case
JA: Estate laws vary by state. What state are you in?
Customer: GA
JA: What documents or supporting evidence do you have?
Customer: Just the trust documents and all the documents that go along with that from my grandparents estate.
JA: Anything else you want the lawyer to know before I connect you?
Customer: Basically my mother is an executor on the estate and somehow my mother and brother got everything and I got nothing. I was very close with my grandparents and know this was not their intention and feel like my mother , who I do not speak to, is cheating me. I need to know what my legal rights are

Good afternoon. I am Loren, a licensed attorney, and I look forward to assisting you.

Did your grandmother leave anything to you in her will or trust?

Do you believe assets specifically left to you were misappropriated?
