My Uncle's wife died in 2000, he has not written a new will. His only son died 2008.everything was left to his wife. All mail, homeowner insurance,taxes still come in both their names. If he does not change his will, what will happen to his property, he owns 5 houses that are still in him and his wife's name. He 91 years old.Does this property have to be probated? Also, there is property in South Carolina.
