Customer Question

1/2011 Ex diag. with cancer12/2011 Divorced after 44+ yrs. of "marriage" WITHout prejudice in Beaufort, S.C. Fraudulently concealed assets and misrep. our pension. Nearly all assets in Trusts with beneficiaries.2/2013 Motion to set aside financial part of decree was denied which I think confirms original orders.2014 Ex died .(He was in terrible pain last 3 years, so I had decided to wait until after he died to sue for some past-due alim. and for hidden assets per div. ct. judge's last order - If there are any assets in existence at the time of this order that are not on either parties' financial declaration (FD), that asset will go to the other party. Now estate's atty's (EA) 2nd defense is res judicata. I don't know which 2 lawsuits come into play here - Div. and the denied Motion to set aside financial part of decree OR denied Motion & current suit vs. estate.
