Customer Question

My mother just passed a few weeks ago. She had a good amount of assets and wanted it divided between my brother and I. We don't speak to each other and he only has access to her home and who knows whit else. I went to her bank and was told he hadn't tried to get at her account(s). I have no idea what I'm suppose to do. I can't just leave all those things and memoirs she wanted me to have. I hope she can't see what's happening.

Good morning. I am sorry to hear about the passing of your mother and know how hard this is. Do you know if she had a will? Have you contacted him at all?
