Yes a valid Washington will where the person had capacity and made of their own free will is valid in Minnesota as well. You would make application to probate it in the county here in Minnesota where the person deceased.You would file a copy of the death certificate along with your application .

The court will post notice and then set a hearing on your application and admit it to probate and appoint you executor.

Expect probate to take about 12 months start to finish.
