how do you change the beneficiary on an irrevocable trust. The beneficiary is no longer part of my life.

Does anyone object to the change? If not, may do a rider to the trust and get consent in writing from all affected parties. Alternatively would need a court order since trust irrevocable.Local estate counsel could pursue that route. martindale.com and findlaw.com are both excellent lookup directories. Both highly rated. Both used by lawyers. Easy to search and find local options. Good luck. Kindly rate the answer OK or higher.

Beneficiary is not cooperating with changing the trust. Not a good situation
Expert:  Infolawyer replied 10 months ago.

If beneficiary will not consent, would need to threaten going to court. That may get beneficiary to reconsider especially if coming from a local lawyer. Kindly rate my answer as excellent.
