My brother who is a Canadian citizen just passed, he lives

Customer Question

my brother who is a Canadian citizen just passed, he lives and works in Texas has never married and has no children and owns no property, just rents an apartment. I do not know what to do, or where to start?
JA: Because laws vary from place to place, can you tell me what state the property is in?
Customer: I just stated that in the note, I am not doing this with you
JA: Have you talked to a lawyer yet?
Customer: no
JA: Anything else you think the lawyer should know?
Customer: when do I go down and claim his body and tend to bank accounts etcetera
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Estate Lawyer about your situation and then connect you two.
