I am having problems with subpoenas from banks. do all subpoenas first go to court house, then they send it to me. the court has 1 of my subpoenas, i hope
the judge releases them to me. do i use form subs-010 or subs-002. i need to hire someone to fill them out. would that be a para legal? Thanks
