Customer Question

I have a realtor who is trying to sell my dad's house (my dad passed away on Jan. 29). Since we really haven't had any offers the realtor told me he would like to lease the house. He said he would do any work that still needs to be done. At the end of the 2-year lease he would most likely buy the house, but he is not sure yet. First of all, can lawyers actually lease a property he has been trying to sell for about 4 months.
Thank You,
Cindy Kern
