IF a person who is not the independent executrix/administratrix, contacts a company who had a policy for the deceased professional liability insurance. Gets the refund of 3838.70 cashes the check. Even though the courts advised him not to , a permanent injunction issued immediately for him not to portray himself as the executor. Is this not a crime, that he can be arrested for.

This normally would be pursued within the civil court as a fraud and breach of fiduciary duty and order issued to return the funds.It can also be pursued as as a criminal case by the local prosecutor by complaint.
