I am appealing a judgment and I just received the records

Customer Question

I am appealing a judgment and I just received the records the court reporter gave me. She also gave me an audio of the trial. Both my son and my testimony was at the end of the trial. It was not in the report from the court reporter so I listened to the audio of it and it was not on the audio. The commissioner states "let us take a break" and we never took a brake we just went straight on threw until the end.
What does this mean and what can be done about it because we are suppose to meet this Wednesday to discuss a supercedeas bond and my son and myself are appealing it on our own - pro se.

Did you discuss this with the court reporter? Was this a mistake?
