Good afternoon. It sounds like you have a very complicated issue. Perhaps I can shed a little light for you, but I am curious about the following: Has there ever been an estate proceeding in probate court for either your mother or father. What is/was the balance owing to your mother on her claim with DOW Trust when she passed away? Have you ever consulted with a probate attorney about this matter since 2006?
