Customer Question

My father passed away and the will leaves his estate to his wife, who is in a nursing home. The executor who has her power of attorney has disseminated real estate, etc. to herself and my mothet is still alive. She also accessed his accounts and took money before he died. The will is signed by her and the attorney with no other witness and not notarized. Do you think we could overturn this or do I just need to forget about it.

Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I am a licensed attorney who will try my very best to help with your situation or get you to someone who can. There may be a slight delay in my responses as I research statutes or ordinances and type out an answer or reply, but rest assured, I am working on your question.

Can you tell me if the executor is also a beneficiary of the will or not?

.

Is your mother still mentally competent?

.

Does she know about the transfers and either ordered or allowed them?
