In any event, you can use a quitclaim deed to transfer the interest to her. You will probably want the title to be as "tenants by the entirety".
So the grantor is you and the grantees are you and your wife as tenants by the entirety.
If there is a mortgage you will want to notify the lender as they will likely have documents for her to sign, as well since the property was used as collateral for the loan.
