Does a will over rule a deed to property that was filled out

Customer Question

Does a will over rule a deed to property that was filled out wrong? My father recently passed and the his wife was left everything, however when he added her name to the property on a quick (quit) claim he did not put in joint ownership. There was a will pushed through towards death, that left he everything. So, does the will over rule the document on the property?
