what if probate was never filled because everything was turned over to one child before time of death ,house, bank account, life ins.,car, there was a trust but mother broke after death of father and there were 4 children he shared only with one sibling and very small amount with one other and i received nothing

If assets passed before death, those are not part of the estate and not subject to probate

If there is a trust, the trustee has to distribute per the trust, and that too is not subject to probate.
