I am dying of Lung Cancer. I currently have my Niece living

Customer Question

I am dying of Lung Cancer. I currently have my Niece living with me. My question is, if after I die, can she continue to go on living here if she continues making my house payments. In other words, am I correct in assuming the bank can't foreclose on my house as long as the Morgage Payment are being paid?

As a practical matter , thought, so long as payments are made on time it is vey unusal for a mortgage lender to take any acrion to foreclose.
