My father in law just past away. He owned a condo in Florida

Customer Question

My father in law just past away. He owned a condo in Florida and he lived in Pennsylvania. The condo was for his mother who passed last year and the condo was only in his name. Now my mother in law is stuck with this condo and her name is ***** ***** near it. Unfortunately he owes more than it is worth. What options does she have or can she just walk away from it? Thanks
