A relative has died and left me in the will some valuable

Customer Question

A relative has died and left me in the will some valuable stocks. My name is ***** ***** beneficiary. A non family member got ahold of them and is refusing to turn them over to me because she says she does not have proof that I am the beneficiary. I sent her certified mail proof but she refused to accept the mail. I requested a signature. What recourse do I have to get them from her? If I need an attorney, what type of attorney do I need?
