Customer Question

Mom died 4 yrs ago, estate in a trust. Sister is trustee, 2 brothers also.
I hired attorney this year to force disbursement, house & one lot was put up for sale in July. (Michigan) but not a third lot.
Full price offer ( $150K) came in August, sister bid $1 more, other party pulls out. Sister owes $9K to realtor, she signed a contract. No further action by siblings.
Questions
1. Which court can I file to force her removal as trustee, can I represent myself?
Can the judge force disbursement?
2. Does her bid represent that they are OK with the value of house? Realtor declines giving me copies of offers (2). Could I expect her to pay me 1/4 of value?
3. Could I go to court with all documents?
The local attorney I hired writes letters to them but I am getting nowhere.
4. Can I sell ( thru quick claim deed) my 1/4 of the property?

I am sorry, but I can’t engage in a private one on one phone call as that could imply an attorney-client relationship which I am prohibited from entering into under my independent contractor agreement with JustAnswer.

.

I can proceed on JustAnswer's public website or I can opt out and open the question to other experts who may be interested in a phone call, whichever you prefer...
