My husbands name was forge on a
real estate document, giving all his rights to an inherited property to his brother and sister. When he saw his forged name he responded that it was not his signature,,,email format.
2006, My husband recently died and I have just found this info.
Has the stature of limitations passed? The man who forged his name is ***** ***** Brother and sister witnesses. There is no longer a notarized seal with the documents,,,it is blank but in the records room.
My husband was supposed to inherit1/3 of fathers
property, This action was done when my husband was ill
associated with the transaction
