Customer Question

I am single, 65, and planning to retire this winter. Sharing a home with a couple, 3 kids, and pets as they fell on hard times. Plan was for them to take it over in 2 years or less and I would move out. Plan is coming up short. Realtor advises that there may be advantages to me to put the house into a land trust at this time and perhaps create some remedies in the near future. We are splitting expenses but getting the down payment together is problematic and I am tired of the whole arrangement. They really like and want this house (4 bed 2 ba ranch) and just want more time. Any suggestions?
