I would start with the probate court and file a motion to stay the sale of property related to the administration of the estate. The Judge will stay the sale if he/she feels that the property should be included in the estate and thus go through probate. Again, this will be difficult to do without the help of an attorney and there really aren't any forms that I can provide to you to go you some direction.
