Customer Question

My grandmother passed without a will. My grandmother had 3 children 2 of whom preceded her in death. I have an aunt who is still living. There is a house involved in which my grandmother stated that my sibling and I would be entitled to his portion of the house, but without a will is that something we would have a right to?
