You don't have a right to see it outside of a probate being filed.
In other words, there is no way to force the person who has the will to show it to you unless you are filing for probate or they file for probate.
Certainly, if anyone file for probate through the courts then a demand can be made that the will be viewed.
The law is the same on this issue in both GA and VA.
