claim against a trust

This answer was rated:

if a trust has a claim on another trust who decides the outcome the trustees?

If the trustees cannot resolve the issue, it would have to be decided in Court, or by arbitration or mediation if they agree to that.

Any trustee can petition the Superior Court for instructions, and one trust can sue another trust.

You can get a free consultation from some of the trust lawyers listed by location here.

I urge you to consult a local attorney who can get all the relevant facts from you in confidence and advise you of your options.
