How did you rescind it?

Hello.? Thought I had rescinded through my sisters attorney. I do not have a copy, and since it involves her, I cannot get one... How do I go about finding out or should I just go ahead and rescind again? If so, can I use a notary? Or need a lawyer

Thank you for the information:

Response: There is no way to find out if her Attorney refuses to release the information to you. You need rescind it again. It is a simple notice to her that effective immediately you have revoked the Power of Attorney given to her. You do not need an Attorney. You can just use a Notary. Also and more importantly, you need to send a notice of this revocation to your bank and all institutions that she was dealing on your behalf a copy of the notice so that they are on record that they must immediately cease from dealing with her.
