Can my Dad do a Quit Claim of his house to me who is also his Fiduciary with Mild Cognitive Impairment? He did it in 2008 and was diagnosed with Dementia in 2011.
I believe I already answered this on another thread so this appears to be a duplicate question. If you have a question about something I haven't covered please let me know. If you have the deed in your name you own the property and the time period that has passed would prohibit a successful challenge to the deed.
