Can I probate my Mom's will without an Atty. in the state of Georgia?
Optional Information: State/Country relating to question: Georgia Already Tried: Mom has a CD left in the amount of $3,000 and I need to get her will probated in order to be able to cash in the CD. Merrill Lynch will not release it w/o this being done. Can I probate it myself?
