I would like to report his death and if and what Claims can I have at this Point... H eleft a Will leaving everyhting of his to me...Linda Ramcharran.. and overpowered all other documents he sign Before...With regards ..Linda XXX@XXXXXX.XXX

We live together for 6 years in Trinidad & Tobago..so I want to know if i an Qualify for any benifits from Medicaid as his will says he left me everything..and overpowered all other documents before..and if aslo i can get benifits from the USA as being a Common law wife for 6.years

You will have to call the Social Security Administration and you will have to prove you were lawfully in a common law marriage in accordance with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. Widow's benefits cannot be applied for online, you must call to apply and you will have to send them proof of his death and also proof of your common law marriage.
