Does a will in the state of Wisconsin have to be notarized?

Thank you for entrusting me with your legal issue. I will work diligently and quickly to answer your questions. I look forward to assisting you.

It is not a REQUIREMENT that it be notarized but it must have 2 disinterested witnesses. If it is not notarized, the witnesses may need to show up in court to prove its authenticity.

IF it is notarized, the court will deem the will "authentic" and not require witnesses to appear in court.
