My adult brother - never married - no kids, died. He's survived my me (his brother), his sister, and his mom and dad. This all happened in TN. To what extend am I an Heir to his estate, if any?

Hi - I practice in Tennessee.
If he had no will, your right to inherit would be based on the laws of intestate succession. In Tennessee, if he had no immediate family (no wife or kids), you, your sister and your parents would each be entitled to an equal share of his estate.
In this case, each of you would be legally entitled to 1/4 of his estate.
